Empower young people to build confidence, leadership, and life skills through adventure, learning, and fun. We’re looking for volunteer leaders in the community to support tamariki through weekly meetings, activities, and occasional camps. You’ll encourage young people to try new things, work alongside a supportive team, and be part of a worldwide movement. We provide free training, including First Aid and outdoor skills, along with leadership development opportunities, partner discounts, and the chance to make lasting friendships and a real impact in your community. GirlGuiding NZ includes Pippins (5–6 years), Brownies (7–9.5 years), Guides (9.5–12.5 years), and Rangers (12.5–17 years).
