Job Requirements

• Diploma or higher in any major (IT-related education is an advantage)


• Fluent in both Japanese and English (oral and written)


• Holds JLPT N2 certification or higher


• Strong communication and discussion skills


• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools


• Solid understanding of IT concepts and terminology


• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role involving bilingual communication and IT coordination
