**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **GFRC Technicians** for projects located in the **Orlando, FL area** . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **$23-25/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**

+ Handle full GFRC fabrication: mold prep, mixing, casting, curing, finishing, and QC
+ Prepare molds: cleaning, sealing, applying release agents
+ Mix materials accurately: cement, sand, polymers, water, glass fibers
+ Apply GFRC using spray-up, premix, or hybrid methods
+ Consolidate, roll, and compact to eliminate air voids
+ Demold, patch, sand, and finish components
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
