Become GFL's Office Administrator tasked with ensuring efficient office flows and positive team interactions. Provide essential support to both our team and external customers in a bilingual capacity.
This role focuses on managing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining vendor and client relationships. You will be a key resource for internal documentation and adapting to the needs of a dynamic office environment while handling administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly welcome and assist visitors to the office
• Handle incoming communications and direct them appropriately
• Sort, distribute, and prepare mail and packages
• Manage Purchase Order requisitions for the department
• Monitor and restock office supplies as needed
Requirements:
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
