Key Job Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign support tickets to data center technicians and operators
• Manage the performance of a diverse team of data center operations professionals with varying skills across multiple locations
• Develop and maintain career paths for employees and update records in internal tools
• Recruit and train data center technicians to ensure appropriate staffing levels at all times
• Ensure effective and efficient day-to-day data center operations including queue management, 24/7 shift scheduling, and hardware logistics
• Develop or apply subject matter expertise across all aspects of data center operations
• Ensure all operational KPIs and metrics are being measured, tracked, and consistently met
