Position Overview
Fidelity Clearing Canada (FCC) is seeking a Bilingual Communications Manager who will play a strategic role in planning, developing, and delivering high‑quality internal and external communications in both English and French. The position is based in Toronto (later moving to Mississauga) or in Montreal, and will work on a flexible hybrid schedule within Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute communications strategies for FCC initiatives, programs, and change initiatives.
- Translate complex FCC concepts into clear, relevant, and accessible messaging across all channels.
- Develop, write, edit, and adapt content in English and French for internal and external audiences.
- Oversee translation workflows to ensure quality, consistency, and timeliness.
