Support the instruction of changes in the development of the EWIS
Animate the “Project Management” aspects for the “IPT EWIS” team
Animate the weekly team reviews o Monitor of actions
Monitor of the schedule (high level & operational)
Monitor of the risk and opportunity process.
Monitor the costs of the team's development projects.
Monitor and control project activities (time, cost, quality and performance).
Develop, harmonize and update integrated plans.
Identify and integrate lessons learned from the project.
