Key Responsibilities

• Support German-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat
• Assist with retail-related inquiries including orders, deliveries, returns, and product information
• Provide accurate, professional, and customer-focused service
• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when required
• Accurately document all customer interactions in internal systems
• Meet service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
