Job Description
The government is looking for a qualified QAR to perform QA and other related work. They will complete daily QA reports in the Resident Management System (RMS) for review. The QAR will use RMS to prepare and submit reporting information. They will attend and deliver notes in the various construction meetings they must attend. The prime responsibility is to assure work is completed in accordance with all contract documentation.

They may be assigned to a variety of projects to include vertical and flatwork concrete, underground utility systems, asphalt and highway construction, earthwork, excavation, pile foundations, and heavy civil works construction. Or they could be put on a variety of projects related to elevating a highway road to avoid any flood exposure.
