Job Description & Requirements Lead and manage a team of supervisors, safety coordinators/supervisors, appointed subcontractors, suppliers, etc. Coordinate with supporting colleagues like operation managers, coordinators and peers to achieve and ensure a most efficient and effective operations of your and company's other projects. Ensure that daily, weekly and monthly and other work-related reports are professionally prepared, verified and submitted to office and/or clients on time. Perform the role of geologist as and when required by the project site. Conduct Site evaluation of soil, rock fault distribution and geological studies on site to determine engineering properties. Supervise, check, evaluate and record all soil data. Prepare, carry out field test and record all test result. Prepare soil data reports and ensure quality of field work.
