Role Summary :
We are seeking a Geologist to support our overseas mining mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities. The role focuses on geological evaluation, technical due diligence and on-site assessments of international mining projects, working closely with a team of senior mining and investment professionals.
Key Responsibilities: Technical Evaluation & Feasibility:
Assist the company's mining experts in conducting geological assessments, technical studies and preliminary feasibility analyses of overseas mining projects. M&A & Mineral Rights Support:
Support the acquisition of overseas mineral rights, including project information collection, data compilation and technical due diligence. External Stakeholder Interface:
