Vision for Education is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Geography Teacher to join a successful secondary school in the Colchester area from September.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping them develop a deeper understanding of the world around them while fostering curiosity about environmental, social, and global issues.

The Role

Deliver engaging and challenging Geography lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
Plan and prepare lessons that meet curriculum requirements and support student progress.
Use a variety of teaching strategies to engage learners of all abilities.
Monitor, assess, and report on student achievement.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and participation.
Contribute to the wider life of the school where appropriate.
