Labcorp is seeking a US remote basted Genetic Counseling Assistant (GCA) to join their Results Reporting team!

**Work Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:00pm. Time zone can be local to candidate.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Perform a variety of administrative tasks that require a high level of attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
+ Contact patients and/or clients to obtain pertinent demographic information
+ Responsible for performing administrative duties such as data entry and database/log maintenance
+ Work with the Genetic Counseling team to manage results to be reported to patients through an innovative approach to providing genetic testing results
+ Responsible for obtaining and distributing results to genetic counselors and ensuring that all results are distributed daily for reporting to patients
+ Communicate with clients regarding patients whose genetic counselors were unable to reach
