Genesis Group is seeking a Financial Controller to enhance financial operations in Brantford, Burlington, and Dundas. This full-time, newly created role centers on refining accounting practices and processes.
You will take ownership of the full accounting cycle while developing effective financial structures across multiple company entities. Close collaboration with the COO will ensure alignment on financial objectives as Genesis Group grows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Oversee payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Prepare financial statements with accuracy
• Implement internal controls, ensuring compliance with guidelines

Requirements:
• CPA or equivalent preferred
• 5+ years in financial management experience
