BREW HOUSE HOURS OF OPERATION
Sunday - Thursday | 11am-10pm
Friday & Saturday | 11am-11pm
As a Expeditor, you'll set the pace and flow of pick-up in the kitchen, ensure that orders only leave once complete, execute quality control inspections and build relationships to ensure smooth timing with the hold and cold lines. You'll communicate with both Front of House and Back of House staff. You'll handle food according to applicable health codes and hygiene regulations. You'll stock your station and complete all delegated side work. You'll interact with guests in a friendly/fast manner. You'll have complete knowledge of the Brew House's food and beverage preparation.
Candidates should be willing and able to work a flexible schedule that will include evenings, weekends and holidays as business needs dictate.
