Our client, is a global services and media company, is looking for a Generative AI Training and Support Specialist for their New York, NY/Hybrid location. Responsibilities:

+ Design and facilitate live and on-demand training on generative AI tools, including (but not limited to) Client GPT, ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude.
+ Develop clear, engaging learning materials, including guides, job aids, and video content, for employees at varying levels of AI fluency.
+ Support the Generative AI Champions community group and other Tech Academy programs by coordinating sessions, managing logistics, and contributing content.
