About the Role

RVA is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Human Resources Generalist to join our HR Team. In this role, you will report to the Company HR Manager and collaborate with the broader Human Resources and Payroll team and management to ensure that every employee experience at RVA is exceptional.

The successful candidate will have a broad understanding of human resources in a professional services environment, Employment Standards Act, outstanding attention to detail, MS Office including advanced Excel, familiarity using HR technology and proven ability to handle confidential matters and the willingness to accept challenges and change in a fast paced, growing, collaborative environment.
