Will perform a broad range of routine maintenance, repair, and minor construction tasks to keep our facilities operating safely and efficiently. Primary duties include setting up, using, and safely taking down ladders and other temporary structures; performing manual labor such as pulling up carpet, removing and installing various floor coverings (tile, laminate, resilient flooring), and handling materials. The worker will execute basic carpentry tasks—including framing, door hanging, trim installation, and shelving—along with simple plumbing repairs such as faucet replacement, drain clearing, and fixture re‐capping. Proficiency with hand tools (hammers, screwdrivers, wrenches) and power tools (drills, saws, rotary hammers, sanders) is desirable.
