**General Supervisor, Assembly**

**Opportunity**

Leads day-to-day operations of Assembly at our Arkansas Faucets Operations, responsible for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Sustainability. Provides highly visible frontline leadership and continuous improvement across the value stream.

**Specific Responsibilities**

**_Operations Leadership_**

+ Achieves required output levels for throughput and assembly times.
+ Develops assembly leads and supervisors for continued growth and effectiveness.
+ Establishes and maintains an effective 5S culture.
+ Develops and enforces standard work; conducts audits as needed.
+ Communicates daily on PH2 targets and schedule adherence.
+ Conducts daily Tier 2 meetings; participates in production meetings.
