The individual must have knowledge regarding or experience with students with significant emotional and behavioral disabilities, including cognitive delays. Strong behavior management and leadership skills, and the ability to modify curriculum to meet students' needs are required. The individual must be able to differentiate the curriculum and supervise and lead the support staff.
