Job Introduction                 

We are currently recruiting for a General Sales Manager to join the management team at our Lexus Dealership in Bristol.

The hours of work are between 8:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday with a day off in the week as well as working 8:30am to 6pm on Saturdays and 10am to 5pm on Sundays on a rota basis.

Benefits include the use of a company car a basic salary of £40,000 with an OTE of £75,000. 

The successful individual will possess a positive, hands-on approach, with the ability to lead and motivate a developing sales team. You will be expected to achieve agreed sales targets for new and used cars, within defined operating and financial guidelines.
