**Production Operator I (Entry-Level)**

**Overview**

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented **Production Operator I** team members to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will work collaboratively to produce high-quality electronic equipment while rotating between tasks and building proficiency across multiple functional areas.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Assemble or fabricate electronic components according to written work instructions
+ Rotate between workstations and tasks based on daily production needs
+ Deliver materials to production lines using Kanban systems
+ Perform accurate inventory transactions and material tracking
+ Participate in daily Tier 1 (DMS) team meetings
+ Support continuous improvement initiatives
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
+ Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
