**Job Description**
The general production worker supports the early concrete crew by removing concrete castings from the kiln, performing finishing work, and assisting with mold building and pouring. This role involves working with concrete products, operating production equipment, and completing various general labor tasks to ensure efficient and safe operations on the morning shift.

**Responsibilities**

+ Remove concrete castings from the kiln at the start of the morning shift and safely transport them for further processing.
+ Perform final finishing work on concrete products, including repairing dried imperfections and ensuring products meet quality standards.
+ Build and assemble custom components for concrete products according to specifications and instructions.
