**Responsibilities**

+ Work with a tape measure throughout an 8-10 hour shift.
+ Demonstrate mechanical aptitude in daily tasks.
+ Utilize hand and power tools effectively.
+ Participate in a mentorship program to enhance skills and knowledge.
+ Focus on safety and quality in all aspects of work.
