We are looking for a General Operative to join the team at our Elstow Aggregates and Asphalt site in Bedfordshire. Within this role you will work on the day-to-day operations driving mobile plant and carrying out other site duties. You will work with the team to the site plan, ensuring that all stocks are maintained and replenished in good time, while keeping housekeeping around site to a high standard.

Main Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the responsibilities of the General Operative will include (not exhaustive):

Operating mobile plant on site
Working with other members of the team to ensure that customers receive good-quality material and on-time deliveries
Assisting the Supervisor with meeting daily and weekly production targets
