• Providing comprehensive midwifery care for women, pregnant mothers, mothers in labor, postpartum mothers, newborns, and reproductive health patients in accordance with hospital service standards, clinical guidelines, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Receive and identify patients in accordance with the service standards established by the Hospital to ensure patient safety and continuity of care.
• Conduct initial assessments of maternal and neonatal patients to determine midwifery diagnoses, identify risks and priorities, and establish individualized midwifery care plans independently and collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
• Conduct periodic reassessments based on the patient's condition or when significant changes occur in maternal, fetal, or neonatal status, treatment plans, and individual needs to determine patient responses and plan further care and/or discharge.
