**Role Overview**

Sodexo InReach is seeking a **General Manager, Vending Operations** to join our team in **Columbus, OH** . This is a ground-floor opportunity to build and lead operations for an exciting new account supporting a high-profile technology campus. **What You'll Do**

+ Oversee daily vending and micro-market operations across four markets within a fulfillment center, maintaining quality, safety, and service standards
+ Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, and performance for a team of approximately 30 employees, including drivers and warehouse staff
+ Own site P&L and ensure adherence to client KPIs, operational budgets, and Sodexo standards
