Purpose of the Job

The General Manager leads and develops a team with operational commercial, legal, and operational responsibilities to ensure that the organisation achieves its business objectives. He/She is responsible for formulating long‑term business strategies to achieve profitable revenue growth, particularly in port machinery, marine engineering, and electrical equipment.

He/She directs the preparation of operating budgets and proposals for capital expenditure and investments in infrastructure, technology, equipment, systems, and other assets and resources.

He/She must have prior experience within a multinational industrial group and its regional headquarters, with proven ability to manage contract risk control and key account clients in Southeast Asia.
