We are seeking a high-energy, experienced to oversee the operations of our three Thai restaurant outlets. You will be responsible for maintaining the authenticity of our brand, ensuring consistent food quality across all locations, and driving profitability. 1. Operational Excellence & Quality Control Conduct regular site visits to all three locations to ensure brand standards, service speed, and Thai hospitality are consistent.
Enforce strict food safety and sanitation protocols (HACCP/Local Health Dept standards).
Coordinate with Head Chefs to ensure recipe adherence and ingredient consistency.
2. Financial Management Oversee P&L for all outlets manage labor costs, COGS (Cost of Goods Sold), and wastage.
Develop and implement local marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and delivery sales.
