Executive Summary

The General Manager (GM) will provide overall leadership for SPS Co-op across two core functions. First, the GM will oversee the co-operative’s governance, financial stewardship, lending and membership operations, compliance, and strategic execution to ensure sustainable performance and strong internal controls. Second, the GM will lead the growth of the co-operative’s business operations by pursuing tenders and service contracts, building manpower capabilities to support service delivery, and strengthening profitability through effective operational expansion and stakeholder management.
