Overall responsible for the planning and operations of production plant, workshop, yards and facilities, including oversight on day to day activities.
Develop the operation, production and yard team to support the company’s growth plan.
Ensure compliance to all regulatory requirements, including manpower, work permits, HSE, etc.
Manage, including planning, preparation, execution of projects delivery to meet all customer requirements, product assurance and quality.
Main tasks / activities / responsibilities
Accountable for integrated fabrication yard operations and the associated financial and commercial management of the yard. Planning and coordination of fabrication yard business activities.
Coordinate and liaise internally with various departments to ensure project completions and externally with clients for project deliveries.
