Applicants must have the following requirements:



Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain and/or similar tertiary qualification or Matric.

Must have at least 5 years of experience in end-to-end Supply Chain and/or transport, of which at least 3 years managing commercial teams (individuals) from a new business sales environment.

Must have experience in FTL & LTL /brokerage in trucking.

Must have leadership experience.

Must demonstrate strong financial acumen, with a clear understanding of P&Ls and key EBIT drivers.

Must have experience engaging with internal EXCO members

Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Must have own vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

Must be able to work overtime and travel nationally.
