Sales Manager - Modern Trade (Water distribution company) Working mode: Remote/Hybrid
Role Purpose To lead the localized growth of the Singapore subsidiary and secure primary listings in major retail chains.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute the Singapore market P&L and long-term brand strategy.
- Lead the core local team and build a high-performance organizational culture.
- Channel Management: Focus on securing listings in Modern Trade (Supermarkets) and overseeing existing e-commerce/HORECA distributors.
- Ensure full compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements (SFA, ACRA, and the upcoming Beverage Container Return Scheme).
Requirements - Minimum 8 years in FMCG, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within the Singapore retail landscape.
