Sahtu United is seeking a General Manager to serve as its senior operational leader. Reporting directly to the Chairperson of the Board, the General Manager is responsible for translating Board-approved direction into effective, safe, and compliant project delivery. The role provides oversight of operations, financial stewardship, workforce leadership, and relationships with joint venture partners and key stakeholders.
The General Manager serves in a full-time leadership capacity with flexible hours throughout the year, increased involvement during peak field seasons, and periodic travel. This position is based in Norman Wells, NT. This role requires sound judgment, independence, and accountability while working closely with a governance-focused Board.
