An established marine technical services operation in the BVI is looking for a hands‑on General Manager to take full ownership of the business — commercially, operationally, and financially.

This is a senior leadership role with real autonomy. You'll manage a team of 4–6 skilled marine technicians, drive client relationships with vessel owners and captains, and report directly to ownership on business performance.
