General Manager Regional LOB Fire

Own the regional P&L and lead strategy, product portfolio development, and regional launch of new products. Facilitate coordination with the global product team, drive sustainable growth, and represent Honeywell in key industry associations. Report to the VP/GM ASEAN & East Asia and serve on the AEA leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own strategy to deliver sustainable growth; contribute to regional strategy
• Deliver and exceed targets across key metrics (orders, revenue, operating income, working capital, cashflow)
• Develop and execute product portfolio strategy, including identifying and driving new product introduction (NPI) with country sales and global product teams
