General Manager Quick Service Restaurant | Chicago Southland A fast-growing QSR franchise group in the Chicago southern suburbs is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead one of our high-volume locations. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a franchise that is actively expanding candidates who perform have a clear path to multi-unit responsibility. The Role As General Manager, you will have full ownership of your restaurant's operations, people, and financial performance. You will set the standard for service, culture, and execution on every shift. You will be expected to drive sales, control costs, develop your team, and consistently deliver results against key metrics.
