The General Manager (GM) is a Troon associate and the senior executive leader responsible for the professional management, operational performance, and financial health of the community and club operations.
The role protects property values, supports resident experience, ensures compliance, and leads the management team.
The General Manager executes within adopted budgets and board policy while retaining authority over daily operations, personnel, and service delivery.
The position provides executive oversight to both HOA amenities and golf operations while maintaining financial and governance separation between entities.
The General Manager is employed and supervised by Troon, with all employment matters managed under Troon authority.
