**General Manager of Sales:**
**Industrial** **Tubing Sales experience is required**
Michigan (On-site)
Responsible for managing the complete Sales Team - both the Outside (Territory) Sales Representatives and the Inside Sales Representatives. Support the Sales Teamβs efforts to: identify, quantify and maximize business opportunities. Develop productive, and effective, relationship with the customer at all levels. Provide support to all efforts to retain existing customers and gain prospective customers.
**Location:** Michigan
**Job Type:** Full-Time (On-site)
**Schedule:** Monday thru Friday (hours may fluctuate based on business)
**Salary:** Based on experience and background - Up to $140K
**Bonus:** Performance Award Plan, paid annually: Target of 25% of base salary - 15% Profit Sharing based on EBIDTA and 10% Commercial Incentives
