Chez Fifi is part of We All Gotta Eat!, dynamic multi-unit, multi-concept restaurant group with locations ithat includes Michelin Star Sushi Noz locations in NYC and soon LA, as well as, Fooq's and Eleventh Street Pizza locations in Miami.
We are seeking a talented and experienced General Manager to lead the team at Chez Fifi, a French Bistro and Salon, located on the Upper East Side, that features a French menu with Basque influence, an award winning wine list and curated cocktail program in our upstairs Salon.   
The General Manager will be a first point of contact for our guest, and serve as a hands-on-leader by example on the floor to continue to establish a clientele of neighborhood and destination guests.  The GM should have a strong knowledge of French cuisine, and wines.  As well as experience with administration, staffing and training and development of a team.
