The ideal candidate will effectively manage mine and its objectives in line with approved budgets (operational, capex and labour), report variances as required and recommend or implement remedial action within span of control. The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

•Mine Manager`s Certificate of Competence.

•Post Graduate Degree.

•10 -15 Years operational experience in a mining and production environment.

•10 -15 years’ experience with underground trackless mining

•ECSA and or AMMSA registered

•At least 5 years experience on a senior level, HOD level or higher.

•Trackless hard rock mining experience.
