The ideal candidate will develop and implement the strategic plan for the mine and directly assist the Operations Executive in the strategic management process. The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

•B degree/B Tech in Mining Engineering

•Valid Blasting Certificate

•Mine Overseer

•Mine Manager ’s Certificate of Competency

•5 year’s working experience as an appointed Mine Manager

•15 – 20 years mining conventional narrow reef mining environment
