HOTEL DESCRIPTION

Marriott Executive Apartments Melbourne, St Kilda Road is a new-build featuring 216 keys, comprising of a combination of studios and 1-bedroom apartments. The hotel offers 2 meeting rooms, a café with 74 seats and recreation facilities including a swimming pool and fitness center. We are seeking a General Manager to take the hotel from pre-opening through to opening and beyond.

JOB SUMMARY

Functions as the primary strategic business leader of the property with responsibility for all aspects of the operation, including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales and revenue generation and delivering a return on investment to both Marriott International and property ownership. Ensures implementation of the Marriott Executive Apartments brand service strategy and brand initiatives with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest expectations, increased profit and market share.
