What You'll Do
+ Sales Process Management
+ Ensure vehicles sales goals are attained by holding Managers and Sales Representatives accountable to Lithia sales process and customer experience.
+ Manage daily activity of Sales Managers using the daily work plan in LSMS to ensure sales volume and productivity goals are met.
+ Ensure Sales Managers are engaging directly with the customer. When there isnβt enough Sales Management coverage, GM engages directly with customer.
+ Staff Recruiting, Training and Development
+ Staff sales team by recruiting; interviewing and ensuring new hires successfully complete the orientation process.
+ Train Sales Managers to train sales staff daily using one-on-ones, meeting-in-a-box, role-play, storyboards, product demonstrations and product quizzes to ensure all are well versed in the sales process and manufacturer p...
