**Overview**

Element has an opportunity for a **General Manager** in Bowling Green, KY. In this role you will be reporting to the Division Director and be responsible for all Element business operations and processes within the assigned location (profit and loss).

Element Bowling Green is a specialized automotive engine testing laboratory designed to support high-performance internal combustion (IC) engine development, validation, and production audit programs.

The facility provides controlled, repeatable engine test environments that allow manufacturers to conduct performance, data acquisition, and operational verification programs in accordance with stringent development requirements.
