Position Overview
The General Manager will be in charge of the following responsibilities :
- You define operational and commercial strategy, translating it into clear action plans, KPIs, and budgets (in collaboration with the Board of Directors).
- You monitor the execution of the strategy and ensure professional reporting on revenue, occupancy rates, quality standards, profitability, customer satisfaction and operational performance.
- You lead the management team: operations, sales & marketing, revenue management, finance, HR, and legal.
- You regularly organize management meetings, team meetings and one-on-one meetings to ensure proper follow-up of decisions and stay connected with the teams.
- You oversee the entire guest journey, from booking to departure, ensuring service consistency and improving guest review scores.
