We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Brasserie General Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operation of our Brasserie and deliver outstanding service standards across the department.

About the Role

As Brasserie General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full operation of the Brasserie, ensuring exceptional guest experience, strong financial performance, and effective team leadership. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive operational excellence while maintaining the high standards expected within The Arts Club.

This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone with strong hospitality experience, excellent people management skills, and a genuine passion for food, service, and member engagement.
