div h3 About the Role /h3 p We’re working with a well established, food led gastro pub in an affluent neighbourhood, looking for a General Manager to take full ownership of the site. This is a hands on role where you’ll be very present on the floor, leading from the front, building relationships with regulars and setting the tone for the team. The business already has a strong reputation and loyal client le, so it’s about maintaining high standards while continuing to grow the operation and drive performance.
