You will take a strategic approach to BU / Plant Management plans and guide & direct Plant operations to achieve objectives in customer satisfaction, production output, delivery, quality, and safety.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Business (e.g. Engineering or Production).
• MBA, Management Degree.
• Min. 8 years’ progressive Management experience.
• Must be at a Management level in an Automotive Manufacturing environment.
• Experience in managing continuous improvement projects.
