**Job Description**

As a **General Manager with Aramark Correctional Services** , you will lead and oversee multi-site food service operations within a correctional environment, typically supporting accounts generating $2M?$15M+ in annual revenue. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance, and delivering on client and contractual expectations in a highly structured and regulated setting.

You will serve as a key leader responsible for building strong teams, fostering accountability, and maintaining consistent execution across all locations. With a focus on safety, security, and process discipline, you will ensure high-quality service delivery while strengthening client relationships and supporting facility goals.
